Welcome to The Sock Game website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how we operate our website and sell our products to you. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. So please read them carefully before making a purchase.

  • All content on our site (text, images, videos, designs) belongs to The Sock Game Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


3. Ordering products

  • When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy our product(s).
  • We’ll confirm acceptance of your order via email once payment is received.
  • If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order (for example, due to stock issues), we’ll let you know and issue a full refund.


4. Prices and payment

  • All prices shown are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT (where applicable).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but once you place an order, the price you see is the price you’ll pay.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure checkout or third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Etsy, or TikTok Shop).


5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during busy periods.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of the dispatch confirmation, please contact us at jonoandnick@thesockgame.co.uk


6. Returns and refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding return postage).
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • To start a return, please email jonoandnick@thesockgame.co.uk with your order number.
  • Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.

(This does not affect your statutory rights.)


7. Faulty or damaged items

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either replace it or issue a refund, depending on your preference.


8. Our responsibility to you

  • We do our best to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date.
  • However, we can’t guarantee our website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
